Within the framework of the visit of the representatives of the European Center of Excellence for the Treatment of Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE), meetings were held with the staff of the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) as well as with representatives of civil society and academics. Discussions focused on cooperation to address hybrid threats in Albania, with a focus on involving these actors and strengthening national capacities to face these challenges.
